Mentallys receives SSHRC funding to collaborate with CIUSSS de l’Estrie on self-care in mental health

Stéphane Vial and six co-investigators receive a $24,546 grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) as part of the March 2022 Partnership Engage Grants competition.

This amount will be used to fund the research activities of the project entitled Le rôle du codesign dans la mise en oeuvre des autosoins en santé mentale au Québec. This project will take place over the course of 2022-2023, and is an important step in grounding the Mentallys project in the field.

This study will be conducted with the Direction des programmes santé mentale et dépendance of CIUSSS de l’Estrie, represented by Vickie St-Denis, psychologist. The research team consists of Stéphane Vial, principal investigator and project director, Mathieu Dumont (UQTR), Sylvie Trudel (UQAM) and Alexandre Coutant (UQAM).
