Stéphane Vial and three co-investigators receive a $299,777 Insight grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) to study and improve the codesign of digital technologies in mental health, based in particular on the Mentallys case study.

Judged meritorious and 100% funded, the application was ranked first by the tri-agency interdisciplinary peer review committee. We thank the evaluators for their rich and stimulating comments.

The codesign of technology

Entitled The codesign of digital technologies in mental health, the project will last three (3) years and aims to study and understand how a codesign process with users can improve the design of digital solutions in mental health.

To achieve this, the project will draw on two digital solutions currently under development, notably the Mentallys platform supported by the Chaire Diament. Co-investigators: Sylvie Trudel (UQAM), Mathieu Dumont (UQTR), Sandrine Prom Tep (UQAM).
